Your appointment begins with a warm welcome and a conversation about your smile and any concerns you'd like to address. We'll take any necessary X-rays, complete a comprehensive exam, and walk you through a personalized treatment plan.

We welcome most major PPO insurance plans, including Horizon, and our team is happy to help you understand your coverage and estimate your out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.

Before your first visit, our office will send you a link to your new patient forms by email or text message.
